Standard delivery is free for purchases of €750 excl. VAT or more in mainland France. Separate free-shipping thresholds also apply to express deliveries and deliveries to Europe. (For the French overseas departments and territories, shipping costs are calculated by weight.)

Most of our devices, excluding accessories, come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a hardware fault, after-sales service is handled directly by our authorised technical partner.
