Our products are covered by a two-year parts and labour warranty, except JBL products, which have a one-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage described in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The after-sales service procedure depends on the product brand. Depending on the case, you must:

send the product to a repair centre, with a copy of the purchase invoice and a letter describing the fault;
submit the request directly on the manufacturer's website;
follow the procedure set out in the brand-specific document.

Are the products you sell new?

Yes, we sell only 100% new, unlocked devices. We do not offer any used or refurbished products.

How long are the products under warranty?

Most of our devices, excluding accessories, come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of a hardware fault, after-sales service is handled directly by our authorised technical partner.

What is the delivery time for France?

Delivery takes 24 hours. Orders confirmed before 16:00 are dispatched the same day and delivered by 13:00 the following day in mainland France.

Can I buy from you if I am not a business customer?

We are a high-tech wholesaler specialising in wholesale mobile phones, so we sell only to business customers. When you create an account, we will ask for your business registration number (SIRET, VAT number, etc.).

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by card, bank transfer or direct debit. Payment on 30-day terms is also available once your credit limit has been approved. (Please note: your first orders must be paid by bank transfer).
