What is the procedure for opening an account with HEM?
To open an account, please register on the site , then send us by fax (0972 520 592) or by email ( hemfrance.com ) the following documents:
- Kbis of the company

- Identity document of the manager
- RIB


What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your orders in several ways:
- Bluecard
- Bank transfer
- Against reimbursement
- CSF treatment
However, the first order will be paid by credit card or transfer. The order will be shipped
after receipt of payment.


Do you offer the possibility of paying within 30 days?
Yes, you will be able to pay within 30 days by check (cash on delivery) or LCR draft from the second order. This possibility will be granted to you only after a study of your file by the Cofa ce.
PLEASE NOTE: If paying by check, it is ESSENTIAL to note the date of collection on the back of the check.


Are the products you offer new?
Yes, all our products are new, sealed in the box, with all the original accessories supplied with them. However, we also offer GRADE A reconditioned mobiles which you can find HERE .


Are your phones unlocked?
All phones categorized in "Mobile Phones" are original, never blocked .


Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. You can order the quantity of products you want.


What are the delivery times?
All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are shipped the same day by express. Packages are delivered the next day before 1 p.m.


How much are the shipping costs? From what amount are they offered?
Shipping costs are €20 excluding tax. They are offered if the order reaches an amount of €600 excluding tax. These conditions only concern shipments to Metropolitan France. For deliveries in Europe or Dom Tom, shipping costs will be calculated according to the total weight of the order.




Are the products said to be “available” in stock?
All available products are in physical stock. This is what allows us to ship the goods in such a short time .
